Located in the heart of Mumbai, Permit & Co pays homage to the city's rich culinary heritage and drinking culture. Its design evokes nostalgia with bold artwork and curios reminiscent of the 80s and 90s, while the 120-seater main dining room features minimalist aesthetics, wooden fixtures, subway tiles, and retro-grade grouting for a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Permit & Co’s food and drink program celebrates familiarity and nostalgia. The menu features reimagined dishes inspired by Bombay’s vibrant culinary scene, catering to Indian palates while maintaining a simple yet rich selection.
