The series begins on 5th July with flavors from the Himalayas, highlighting traditional dishes from Uttarakhand known for their simplicity and nutritional value. On 12th July, guests can dive into the aromatic and spicy flavors of South Indian cuisine, featuring dishes from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. On 19th July, the royal cuisine of Awadh will be showcased, renowned for its rich, flavorful, and aromatic dishes perfected over centuries. The series concludes on 26th July with the exquisite and diverse flavors of Hyderabadi cuisine, famous for its biryanis, kebabs, and delectable desserts.
