In a cinematic tribute, the hotel honoured the individuals who work quietly behind the scenes to ensure every guest experience is seamless, personal, and memorable.
The video showcases the many touchpoints where housekeeping adds value to a guest’s stay, from the very first welcome to the smallest gestures of care. Flowers in the lobby are nurtured to bloom at their best, rooms are prepared with meticulous attention, and thoughtful details like freshly fluffed pillows or handwritten notes create a sense of warmth and belonging.
