With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, including working with renowned brands such as IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts, and Radisson Hotel Group, Kaushik brings a wealth of knowledge in implementing strategic plans and driving sales.

Having spent over 12 years in hospitality sales, Kaushik possesses exceptional sales expertise and a proven track record of excellence. With his passion for the industry and ability to inspire and motivate his team, he is poised to lead the hotel towards exceeding its revenue targets. Prior to joining The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, Kaushik served as the Director of Sales at Radisson Noida.

Kaushik holds an MBA degree in International Business from Sikkim Manipal University and has specialized in Hotel Management from IHM Dehradun. In his new role, he is committed to implementing market-oriented sales strategies and collaborating closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to enhance the hotel's sales and revenue streams. He will also focus on strengthening the brand's presence through strategic partnerships.
