Shah's journey to becoming an esteemed Financial Controller is marked by remarkable achievements. Armed with a master's degree in accounting and administration from the prestigious ICFAI University, his career embarked at Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad. Starting as a general cashier, he swiftly ascended the corporate ladder to become an executive. Notably, his exceptional performance led to his successful completion of the Marriott Manager Development program at CY Ahmedabad.

Throughout his career, Shah has had the privilege of working with various Marriott brands, including Courtyard, Fairfield, JW Marriott, and Marriott hotels and resorts. His dedication and competence earned him a promotion to the role of Assistant Finance Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, solidifying his reputation as a finance expert. Before assuming his current position, he served as the Financial Controller at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai.
