This luxury residential project in Gurugram represents a significant investment of around Rs 5600 crore, with construction costs estimated at Rs 5000 crore and land costs at Rs 600 crore. The project's topline is expected to reach Rs 15000 crore.
Westin Residences Gurugram will be located along the growth corridor of Dwarka Expressway, in Sector 103. This prime location is a 15-minute drive to the Central Business District (CBD) of Gurugram and 15-20 minutes from South and West Delhi. It is also conveniently close to the International Airport and key landmarks such as the India International Convention Centre (Yashobhoomi), the upcoming DDA Dwarka Golf Course, and the Diplomatic Enclave, catering to over 35 embassies.
The Westin Residences Gurugram will be the largest branded residences and the first standalone residential project under the Westin brand in India. This development will cater to the increasing demand for luxury living, offering a blend of exclusivity, wellness, and world-class hospitality. The first phase, comprising 674 exclusive residences, is scheduled to launch in the second quarter of this financial year.
The residences will feature three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 235 sqm to 386 sqm. Residents will have access to high-end amenities within 20 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds designed for recreation and outdoor activities. The buildings will be elevated on stilts, allowing the landscape to flow underneath, maximizing the green spaces inspired by biophilic design, curated by internationally acclaimed designers and consultants including Architect Hafeez Contractor, Coopers Hill for landscaping, and BM&A for interiors.
The Residences will embody Westin's Six Pillars of well-being: Sleep Well, Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well, Work Well, and Play Well. Residents will enjoy amenities such as WestinWORKOUT® offerings, nutritious culinary options, and various wellness experiences on-site. The exclusive Clubhouse will be a standout feature, with amenities focused on health, wellness, recreation, and dining, suitable for all age groups.

Located within a peaceful residential enclave in Jaipur, the palace offers guests a serene retreat while providing convenient access to the city’s iconic forts, palaces, and cultural landmarks. Hosted by descendants of the renowned Ranbanka Rathore family of Kurki Fort, whose lineage traces back to the 23rd generation of saint-poet Mirabai, the property offers travellers an opportunity to experience Rajasthan’s living heritage.

With bespoke event services and parking capacity for up to 500 vehicles, the palace provides a regal setting for large-scale celebrations, corporate gatherings, and intimate occasions.
Aligned with responsible hospitality practices, the property incorporates solar energy into its operations, combining sustainability with heritage preservation.
Speaking on the launch, Ashutosh Chhibba, CEO, WelcomHeritage, said that WelcomHeritage Kurki Palace represents the brand’s vision of preserving India’s cultural legacy while creating contemporary hospitality experiences. Chhibba further noted that the launch marks WelcomHeritage’s 11th property in Rajasthan and takes the brand’s overall portfolio to 37 properties across India. He highlighted Rajasthan’s importance to the brand’s heritage hospitality journey and reiterated the company’s focus on creating destinations that travellers actively seek for unique cultural experiences.
Strategically located near Jaipur International Airport and Jaipur Railway Station, the palace provides easy access to major attractions including Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Jal Mahal, and Nahargarh Fort, making it an ideal base for exploring Jaipur’s heritage and vibrant culture.
