Known for its versatility and distinctive botanical character, gin continues to inspire bartenders across the city, resulting in creative cocktails and memorable drinking experiences.
Whether it is a lively evening with friends or a relaxed night out, these Mumbai venues are presenting unique gin creations that showcase the spirit in exciting ways.
At Late Checkout in Lower Parel, guests can enjoy Main Character Energy, a refreshing cocktail that combines gin with umeshu, nori-ginger shrub, and tonic water. Finished with dehydrated gari, the drink balances fruity sweetness, savoury notes, and gentle spice for a well-rounded experience. The contemporary cocktail bar is known for its innovative drinks, globally inspired cuisine, and welcoming atmosphere.
In Khar, Papi continues to stand out with its energetic vibe and creative cocktail programme. Its Cocktail FOUR is a vibrant spritz featuring limoncello, lavender, and a subtle saline touch. The result is a light and refreshing drink with layers of citrus and floral flavours.
Also in Khar, Torii offers Tokyo Rose, a gin cocktail that pairs botanical notes with blueberries and aromatic rosemary. Known for its bold Pan-Asian flavours and immersive dining experience, Torii delivers a cocktail that is both refreshing and elegantly balanced.
At Commune in Lower Parel, founded by cricket icon Virat Kohli, guests can try the Thai Basil Smash. This tropical cocktail blends gin with pineapple, elderflower, lime, and fresh basil, topped with a silky foam. The combination creates a refreshing and aromatic drink that is easy to enjoy.
Bandra’s Amaru brings Asian and Peruvian influences together through Kyoto Silk, a delicate cocktail made with gin, cucumber, elderflower, lychee, and lime. Inspired by the sophistication of Kyoto, the drink offers a light, floral, and refreshing profile.
For those visiting BKC, Amelia presents MECCA, a citrus-forward cocktail featuring yuzu, Italian lemon, and orange. Inspired by the coastal charm of Sorrento, the cocktail delivers bright Mediterranean flavours with a balance of sweetness and tanginess.
Another BKC favourite, Harajuku, introduces Soju Na Matata, a playful fusion of gin and soju. Combining the botanical depth of gin with the smooth character of Korea’s popular spirit, the cocktail offers a refreshing and approachable drinking experience.
At Flint in Nariman Point, the Strawberry Chamomile Negroni offers a modern interpretation of the classic favourite. Featuring chamomile-infused gin, fresh strawberries, strawberry Campari, strawberry Aperol, and sweet vermouth, the cocktail delivers floral notes and fruity complexity while retaining the essence of a traditional Negroni.
As World Gin Day approaches, these venues highlight the creativity and innovation shaping Mumbai’s cocktail culture. From botanical and floral creations to tropical and citrus-driven serves, the city’s bars continue to offer exciting ways to celebrate one of the world’s most popular spirits.

Located at WP Arena, Hot Stuff Chauraha, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, the new restaurant was inaugurated by Er. Harshvardhan Bajpayee, MLA, Prayagraj North, in the presence of customers, local dignitaries, and community members.
The launch marks another step in Haldiram’s expansion strategy of entering emerging markets beyond major metropolitan cities while bringing its legacy of traditional Indian flavours closer to consumers across the country. The opening is also aligned with the brand’s “Acche Din Aa Rahe Hai!” campaign, highlighting its continued growth journey.
