World St. at Worldmark, New Delhi, has expanded its dining and lifestyle ecosystem with the addition of four new food and beverage brands PAUL, Blue Tokai, PizzaExpress and You Mee. The new arrivals further strengthen the destination's positioning as a curated dining, retail and social hub in Delhi-NCR.
Positioned as “The Social Spine of Worldmark,” World St. is designed as a pedestrian-friendly F&B, retail and lifestyle destination within Aerocity's wider business district. The latest additions bring together French café culture, specialty coffee, Italian dining and Asian-inspired cuisine, further diversifying the destination's culinary mix.
PAUL, the French bakery, café and restaurant brand, adds a European dining experience to World St., while Blue Tokai strengthens its specialty coffee offering with its freshly roasted coffees and contemporary café format. PizzaExpress brings its established Italian dining proposition, including its signature pizzas, while You Mee adds an Asian-inspired dining experience to the growing F&B portfolio.
The expansion comes as World St. continues to develop as a destination where dining, retail and leisure experiences come together within a single walkable environment. The promenade spans nearly half a kilometre across Worldmark 4, 5 and 6 and covers approximately 2.6 lakh sq. ft. of gross leasable area.
Designed around alfresco dining, landscaped green courtyards, art installations and pedestrian-friendly public spaces, World St. combines global cuisines with lifestyle and retail experiences. The destination is positioned as a dining and social hub catering to office-goers, residents, travellers and visitors exploring Aerocity.
The existing F&B mix at World St. includes brands such as Olive Garden, P.F. Chang's and Magnolia Bakery, alongside retail and lifestyle names including Mokobara, Nykaa Luxe, Da Milano, Forest Essentials and Himalaya Opticals.
With the addition of PAUL, Blue Tokai, PizzaExpress and You Mee, World St. further broadens its culinary offering, creating a mix that ranges from cafés and bakeries to casual dining and international cuisine.
The expansion also reflects the wider evolution of Worldmark as a mixed-use destination combining premium offices, retail, dining, hospitality and public spaces. Located in Aerocity, New Delhi, Worldmark spans approximately 17 million sq. ft. across its various development phases.
Worldmark 1.0 is fully operational, while Worldmark 2.0 is under advanced development with premium office and retail components. Worldmark 3.0 is also under development, with Worldmark 4.0 planned as a future expansion over the next three to five years.
As Delhi-NCR's dining and lifestyle landscape continues to evolve, World St.'s growing portfolio of international and Indian brands positions the destination as a prominent address for culinary discovery, social experiences and destination-led retail.
