Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of its first Dolce hotel in Türkiye, Dolce by Wyndham Çeşme Alaçatı. This addition is part of an expanded partnership with DRD Hotels and includes the simultaneous openings of La Quinta by Wyndham Çeşme and Wyndham Datça Perili Bay. This move strengthens Wyndham’s presence in the country, which now boasts nearly 120 hotels.
Dimitris Manikis, EMEA President of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion. “Introducing Dolce by Wyndham in Türkiye marks a significant milestone in our growth strategy. Our recent openings in Çeşme and Datça with DRD Hotels showcase our commitment to providing high-quality and upscale hospitality throughout the Turkish Riviera and emerging urban areas. This partnership emphasizes our dedication to making hotel travel accessible and delivering exceptional guest experiences.”
Dolce by Wyndham Çeşme Alaçatı is situated three kilometers from the popular resort area of Alaçatı on the Aegean Sea. The hotel features 155 rooms and suites with stunning sea and garden views. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a spa area, and on-site restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine.
The hotel also offers 500 square meters of event space, accommodating up to 300 guests, as well as a private beach and garden, ideal for weddings and special events. Dolce by Wyndham is renowned for its upscale facilities, making it perfect for both events and leisure travelers.
Wyndham’s partnership with DRD Hotels began in 2023 with the opening of Ramada by Wyndham Çeşme. This relationship has now expanded to include three distinct brands, attracting both domestic and international travelers to Türkiye. In addition to Dolce by Wyndham Çeşme Alaçatı, two other hotels have been launched:
La Quinta by Wyndham Çeşme: This is the fourth La Quinta by Wyndham in Türkiye and the first in Çeşme. The hotel offers 75 elegantly designed guest rooms, outdoor pools, and an on-site restaurant. Its prime location near Port Alaçatı Marina makes it an ideal spot for exploring local attractions and the Aegean coastline.
Wyndham Datça Perili Bay: The first Wyndham property in the picturesque Datça peninsula, this hotel features 152 spacious rooms with breathtaking views of a private, Blue Flag-certified bay. Guests can enjoy outdoor pools, a fitness center, a spa, and a sauna, as well as two on-site restaurants serving a variety of delicious dishes.

Atmosphere Core, a globally recognized name in luxury hospitality, has announced its expansion into the Northeastern states of India with its latest property, The Dhar a Signature Atmosphere Guwahati. This marks the company’s 17th signing and is part of its larger vision to introduce 25 properties by 2025 across India.
In partnership with Meghalaya Infratech Limited, the hospitality brand is set to launch a luxurious resort at the strategic border between Guwahati, Assam, and Meghalaya. Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach recently brought smiles and flour-dusted hands together with its first-ever Lil Masterchef event, a delightful culinary initiative designed for young chefs aged 6 to 12. This interactive experience encouraged children to explore the art of cooking while creating unforgettable moments with their families.
The event transformed the hotel into a playground for budding chefs, allowing them to don chef hats, knead dough, pipe frosting, and decorate cakes—all under the guidance of culinary experts. More than just a cooking session, Lil Masterchef was a celebration of creativity, learning, and family bonding. Parents joined in, cheering on their little ones, making the experience even more special.
The event featured an array of interactive food stations, each designed to introduce young chefs to different cuisines and techniques. From rolling sushi to tossing pasta, each station offered an exciting hands-on experience, allowing kids to experiment with flavors and textures. The lineup included:
Mexican Delights – A taco-building station filled with vibrant toppings
Pasta Corner – Kids learned to twirl and plate pasta like a pro
Sushi & Dim Sum – A peek into Asian flavors with bite-sized fun
Dessert Stations – Muffin decorating, cake frosting, cream piping, and doughnut dipping
The event also welcomed prominent influencers and their families, adding an extra dose of excitement to the festivities.
