Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has opened Wyndham Garden Manila Bay, marking the debut of the Wyndham Garden brand in the Philippines. Located along Manila Bay, the 300-room hotel brings a modern upper-midscale stay to the capital while strengthening Wyndham’s presence across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.

The hotel officially opened on September 10, 2026, and is operated by East Glory Management Corporation. The opening comes as the Philippines continues to see strong tourism activity. According to the Department of Tourism, the country welcomed 3.16 million international visitors during the first half of 2026. Wyndham Garden Manila Bay is positioned to serve both domestic and international travellers visiting the country for business and leisure.

“The grand opening of Wyndham Garden Manila Bay is an exciting milestone that brings our regional growth strategy to life on the ground and introduces Wyndham Garden to one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic hospitality markets. It also reflects the confidence our owners place in Wyndham’s brands and system. We’re proud to work alongside our local partners to establish the brand in this market and look forward to building on this momentum as we continue to grow across the Philippines,” Says Ben Schumacher, Regional Vice President, Operations, Asia Pacific, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts

Located along Roxas Boulevard in Parañaque City, Wyndham Garden Manila Bay is around four kilometers from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The hotel also offers convenient access to commercial districts, entertainment areas and cultural attractions such as Baclaran Church and SM Mall of Asia, making it a convenient base for exploring Metro Manila and beyond.

The hotel features 300 contemporary guest rooms along with high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting and event spaces, a dining restaurant and lounge bar. Guests can also access an outdoor swimming pool and a fully equipped fitness gym. The overall offering is designed to bring together comfort, convenience and relaxation for both business and leisure travellers.

“Wyndham Garden Manila Bay brings together an internationally recognised brand, a strategic location and a hotel experience designed around the needs of today’s business and leisure travellers. With this hotel, we aim to establish a distinctive upper-midscale offering in Manila Bay, deliver consistently high standards of hospitality and contribute to the continued development of the Philippines’ tourism sector,” Says Charmaine Sy, Resident Manager, Wyndham Garden Manila Bay

The opening also expands Wyndham’s hotel portfolio in the Philippines. The company now has 18 hotels across six brands: Wyndham Garden, Days Inn by Wyndham, Ramada by Wyndham, Ramada Encore by Wyndham, Microtel by Wyndham and TRYP by Wyndham.

As the first Wyndham Garden in the country, the new hotel adds another upper-midscale option to Wyndham’s portfolio while giving owners and travellers more brand choices. Wyndham Garden is also continuing its growth across Asia Pacific, with 85 hotels now operating in key markets including Greater China, Malaysia, Fiji, Vietnam and Thailand. The expansion reflects the brand’s presence across major gateway cities as well as emerging leisure destinations.

With travel preferences across the region continuing to change, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts remains focused on expanding through local partnerships and strategic markets while creating long-term value for hotel owners and guests.
