Wynn Resorts, a global leader in luxury hospitality, has released captivating new images of Wynn Al Marjan Island, its upcoming project in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This development marks the company's first venture into the MENA region's beachfront resort category and is set to be the first integrated gaming resort in the Middle East and North Africa.
Positioned on a stunning 62-hectare island jutting into the Arabian Gulf, Wynn Al Marjan Island is being developed in partnership with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding. With construction led by UAE-based ALEC Engineering and Contracting, the resort's structure is currently 40 meters tall, with plans to top off the full 300-meter tower height by the fourth quarter of 2025.
The resort is designed to be a beacon of luxury, mirroring Ras Al Khaimah's historical significance as a vital trade and navigation landmark. Todd Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design and Development, highlighted that the design of the 300-meter-tall resort tower is inspired by the region's historic role as a navigational sentinel.
Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 1,542 rooms and suites, including 22 lavish private Villa Estates located on a newly designed marina adjacent to the resort. The property will also boast an extensive poolscape, a 15,000-square-meter shopping esplanade, a five-star spa, and a salon. For dining and entertainment, guests will have access to 22 uniquely designed dining, lounge, and bar experiences, and a theater featuring bespoke production shows.
Set to open to the public in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island promises to offer guests a blend of luxury amenities and exceptional experiences, all while providing panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the scenic Hajar Mountains. This project not only enhances Ras Al Khaimah's growing status as a top tourism destination in the MENA region but also signifies a major expansion for Wynn Resorts into new global markets.

This groundbreaking project is poised to transform the luxury resort landscape in the MENA region, offering unparalleled hospitality and entertainment experiences.
