With over 14 years in the hospitality industry and a deep passion for guest experiences, Lam brings a dynamic approach to the hotel, aiming to blend technology, community engagement, and personalized service to redefine luxury hospitality in Mumbai.

Before joining Hyatt in 2023, Lam spent 12 years with IHCL, honing her skills in relationship building, strategic planning, and project management. Her tenure at Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills showcased her ability to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue strategies, and foster a collaborative team culture—an approach she now brings to Hyatt Centric Juhu Mumbai.

A Vision for Guest-Centric Hospitality

For Lam, hospitality is not just a profession; it's a way of life, deeply ingrained in her family's legacy. Her name, Xenia, which means "hospitable" in Greek, perfectly reflects her commitment to curating meaningful guest experiences.

Beyond her hands-on experience, Lam holds a master’s degree in gastronomy from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy and has pursued further education in hospitality and business administration, equipping her with a unique blend of culinary expertise and business acumen.
