The 'Large Order Fleet' is specifically designed to manage food deliveries for group events and parties involving up to 50 people. One of the fleet's distinguishing features is its all-electric composition, aligning with environmentally sustainable practices. Previously, Zomato managed large orders through multiple delivery partners, which sometimes compromised the quality of the customer experience. The introduction of specialized vehicles equipped with cooling compartments and temperature-controlled hot boxes ensures that food is delivered in optimal condition, reflecting Zomato’s dedication to customer satisfaction.
