His Makhana Makhani Gravy combines roasted makhana simmered in a creamy tomato base, flavoured with garam masala, kasuri methi, and finished with a garnish of fresh cilantro. Paired with soft Kuttu Parathas brushed with ghee, the dish makes for a festive indulgence while staying true to fasting traditions.
Pooja Masurkar’s Broccoli Millet Salad, From Pause, Mumbai, founding chef Pooja Masurkar offers a refreshing twist with her Broccoli Millet Salad. A vibrant mix of fluffy foxtail millet, parsley, dates, avocado, and pomegranate, it is topped with lightly spiced broccoli and a zesty lemon vinaigrette. Light, energising, and free from onion and garlic, this satvik salad brings both colour and nourishment to Navratri dining.

The meal celebrates the timeless charm of South Indian dining, a spread served traditionally on a banana leaf, designed for togetherness and indulgence. Guests can relish an array of dishes including Poori, Kadalai Kurma, Soup Rasam, White Rice, Special Sambar, Kosambri, Poriyal, Varuval, Kootu, Avial, Kara Kozhambu, Curd, Thogayal, Flavoured Rice, Masala Vada, Papad, and Payasam. The Unlimited Banana Leaf Meal will be available at Kalyan Nagar, Indiranagar, Koramangala, and Brookefield outlets, with slots at 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. Diners can reserve tables online, while delivery options through Swiggy and Zomato will be available between 1 PM and 4 PM.
