Centara Hotels & Resorts is thrilled to announce the addition of five new properties to its growing portfolio, marking an exciting start to the new year and reinforcing its presence in Thailand and Vietnam.

In 2024, Centara Hotels & Resorts kicks off with a bang, introducing several new properties that showcase the company's commitment to strategic expansion and exceptional guest experiences. With a focus on Thailand, Vietnam, and beyond, Centara is eager to seize the myriad opportunities on the horizon.

The first addition is Centara Villas Phi Phi Island, set to reopen in October 2024 under a strategic Hotel Management Agreement with Phi Phi Paradise Company Limited. With 40 luxurious villas overlooking the Andaman Sea, this resort promises a rejuvenating escape amidst breathtaking natural beauty.

Next, Tiva Ao Makham Resort Phuket, a greenfield project under a Hotel Management Agreement with Kornsiri Hospitality Management Limited Partnership, aims to redefine health-focused travel. With 68 well-appointed rooms and wellness facilities, this resort offers a holistic vacation experience for wellness enthusiasts.

In Vietnam, Centara ventures into Vung Tau City with two exceptional properties slated to open by the first quarter of 2027. Centara Life Vung Tau and Centara Residence Dio Dua will offer a range of accommodations and amenities, catering to leisure and business travelers alike, further solidifying Centara's foothold in the Vietnamese market.

Additionally, Crystal Holidays Harbor Van Don in northern Vietnam will unveil its second tower in the second quarter of 2025, expanding its offerings to meet the growing demand for upscale accommodations in the region. With world-class amenities and a stunning waterfront location, this resort is set to become a premier destination for discerning travelers.
