India's culinary landscape just got sweeter with the introduction of renowned Swiss chocolate brand Läderach. Joining the ranks of beloved chocolatiers in the country, Läderach brings its legacy of over 60 years of crafting premium chocolates to Indian connoisseurs. In an exclusive partnership with Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), a leading FMCG conglomerate, Läderach has unveiled its very first store in India, located in New Delhi's luxury hub, DLF Emporio.

Läderach's entrance into the Indian market has been eagerly anticipated, given the nation's growing fascination with artisanal chocolates. Swiss and Belgian chocolate makers have long captured India's culinary imagination, and Läderach's arrival adds a new dimension to this love affair.

The inaugural store at DLF Emporio offers a sumptuous array of chocolate creations. From classic pralines and velvety truffles to signature chocolate bars, the store is a haven for those seeking refined cocoa delights. However, the pièce de résistance is the frischSchoggi – a Läderach specialty. These fresh chocolate tablets, available in milk, dark, or white chocolate, are adorned with an enticing medley of nuts, dried fruits, berries, and even crispy cornflakes. Each bite is a symphony of flavors and textures, showcasing Läderach's dedication to chocolate craftsmanship.

The store's opening was marked by prestigious guests, including Dr. Olivier Fink from the Embassy of Switzerland, Elias Läderach, the World Chocolate Master, and Rajiv Kumar, Vice Chairman of DS Group. The event included an exclusive masterclass conducted by Elias Läderach himself, where attendees had the privilege of delving into the art and science of chocolate-making under the guidance of a true expert.

Läderach's entry into India is just the beginning of an exciting journey. The partnership with DS Group sets the stage for a series of exclusive Läderach boutiques across the country. With plans to open five to seven additional stores within the next two years, Läderach's delectable Swiss chocolate offerings are set to grace even more cities, delighting chocolate aficionados nationwide.

Speaking at the store launch, Rajiv Kumar, Vice Chairman, DS Group, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "We’re excited to bring our customers a unique experience offering unparalleled moments of chocolate indulgence."

Elias Läderach, World Chocolate Master and representative of the esteemed Läderach family, shared his excitement about introducing Läderach to the Indian market. He emphasized, "We are thrilled to introduce Läderach to the vibrant Indian market. India has a rich cultural heritage and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and luxury, making it the perfect destination for our brand’s expansion."

As Läderach's chocolate saga unfolds in India, chocolate enthusiasts can look forward to more exquisite offerings, more exclusive boutiques, and a continuation of the brand's commitment to crafting exceptional chocolates that captivate both the palate and the heart. And for those unable to visit the store, a virtual indulgence awaits – Läderach's online store is ready to deliver Swiss chocolate happiness to your doorstep.

Please note that while every effort has been made to provide accurate information, DS Group's plans to open additional stores and online ordering should be verified with official sources for the latest updates.

Fighting Hunger with Every Missed Call: Hunger Free Bharat Mission Launched to Tackle Food Security

Fighting Hunger with Every Missed Call: Hunger Free Bharat Mission Launched to Tackle Food Security

In a groundbreaking collaboration, The Restaurant Cricket League (RCL), supported by Incredible India and the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, has partnered with the Adi Bodh Foundation to launch the "Hunger Free Bharat" mission. This initiative is a nationwide effort to combat hunger and food wastage, aligning with the Hon'ble Prime Minister's vision of Vikshit Bharat 2047 and the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger by 2030.

The Hunger Free Bharat mission strives to create a sustainable food redistribution system, bridging the gap between food waste and hunger. It aims to raise awareness and bring together stakeholders from various sectors to establish an ecosystem that efficiently redistributes surplus food to those in need. The goal is to build a fairer society where nourishment is accessible to all, turning food waste into a valuable resource for the underprivileged.

Mr. Arvind Kumar, Founder of The Restaurant Cricket League, shared, "The Hunger Free Bharat mission is not just a campaign; it's a movement. It reflects our collective responsibility to ensure no one in our country sleeps hungry. This mission redefines how we distribute food and empowers every individual to contribute towards a future without hunger. Together, we can turn waste into wealth and make hunger a thing of the past."

India faces a major contradiction between hunger and food wastage. Annually, around 68.8 million tons of food, valued at ₹7,92,000 crores, is wasted, while 33.4 million children under five years old suffer from malnutrition. The Hunger Free Bharat mission seeks to address this by changing mindsets about surplus food and offering a sustainable solution to both food waste and malnutrition.

Mr. Abhishek Bhatnagar, Co-Founder of RCL, further emphasized the role of technology and community participation in the mission. "This initiative invites everyone to contribute by making a missed call to 9213332999 or joining through the Hunger Free Bharat platform. It's a simple yet powerful way to redistribute food and raise awareness about minimizing food wastage at all levels."

The Hunger Free Bharat mission promotes a culture of sharing and calls upon citizens, organizations, and policymakers to work together in creating a future where food abundance translates into nourishment for all. With every act of generosity and every meal saved, India moves closer to a hunger-free future.
