Nestled in North Bengaluru's Phoenix Mall of Asia, Third Wave Coffee unfurls the doors to its 46th café, marking a significant milestone as the 109th outlet across India. This newest café extends across 1,062 square feet and boasts both indoor and outdoor seating, providing a welcoming space for patrons to relax, work, or socialize while enjoying their favorite brews. Notably, it also houses a dedicated retail section where coffee enthusiasts can procure not only their favorite coffee beans but also quality brewing equipment.

The inauguration of this café was a momentous occasion, graced by Ayush Bathwal, co-founder of Third Wave Coffee, alongside Manish Singh, the group director of The Phoenix Mills Ltd., and Basil Mathew, senior vice president of leasing at Phoenix Group.

Sanjay Patil, senior vice president of projects at Third Wave Coffee, passionately expressed that this café signifies much more than just a coffee destination. It's a harmonious fusion of design excellence and the cherished coffee culture, meticulously intertwined to create an indelible coffee experience for patrons. The café seamlessly integrates with the mall's aesthetics, adorned with gold and rose gold hues in curved forms, skylights, and intricate coffee-bean artwork. The incorporation of wood finishes imparts a welcoming and inviting ambiance to the surroundings.

Third Wave Coffee's remarkable journey commenced in 2017, founded by the trio of Sushant Goel, Ayush Bathwal, and Anirudh Sharma. Today, it proudly operates under Heisetasse Beverages Private Ltd., a company with a presence in various Indian cities such as Hyderabad, Coonoor, Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, and Pune.

At The Stables on Airport Road, Valentine’s Day becomes an intimate blend of sound and flavour. Known for its rustic-chic aesthetic and evolving 7-days-7-experiences calendar, the venue adds a romantic layer with a special evening featuring live music by Mumbai-based singer-songwriter Suhayb Nazyr. His soulful originals, contemporary Sufi influences and Bollywood renditions set a reflective, immersive tone for couples. Complementing the music is The Stables’ Sweetheart’s Menu, a Valentine’s-exclusive cocktail line-up inspired by love stories from across the world. In Juhu, KOJAK stretches Valentine’s into a week-long narrative. From 10th to 15th February, the bar introduces a specially curated Valentine’s menu featuring cocktails, food and desserts built around fresh flavours and shareable formats. The celebrations evolve each night, beginning with flute and violin performances, moving into a Magic & Cocktails evening, and culminating in a high-energy bar night with Ravetek. Interactive elements such as a spin-the-wheel experience, a nostalgic dessert cart and intimate seating corners add depth, with reservations recommended to maintain a limited, immersive feel. 

For couples seeking a quieter celebration, Kefi in Versova offers a comforting Valentine’s Day menu centred on familiar flavours. Featuring dim sums, baos, indulgent mains, decadent desserts and relaxed sips, the experience leans into warmth and simplicity within Kefi’s cosy setting.
