Hailing from the vibrant city of Kolkata, Chef John's culinary saga commenced when he graduated from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Kolkata in 2000. His culinary voyage has been adorned with experiences in luxury and upscale hotels, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), private experiential dining, outdoor catering, and even corporate cook-offs. Across the global culinary landscape, from the Middle East to India, Africa to Bermuda, and Dhaka, he has curated gastronomic delights that have captivated even the most discerning palates.

Throughout his career, Chef John's culinary expertise has resonated across diverse hospitality brands, including Rotana, Ritz Carlton, Fairmont, Kempinski, IHG, Hyatt, and Marriott, among others. His ability to connect with people on a personal level has earned him the endearing title of a "People's Man."

Chef John's remarkable journey with Radisson commenced in December 2018, when he joined Radisson Hitec City Hyderabad. His unwavering commitment and exceptional culinary leadership paved the way for his recent appointment at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad Banjara Hills in April 2021.
