Srijith's journey in the hospitality industry began with Ginger Hotels, and he has since held key roles at IHHR Hospitality, Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, and the St. Regis Goa Resort. His extensive experience covers various facets of the industry, from pre-opening activities and corporate sales to catering to international leisure clients and managing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events, including weddings and social gatherings.

What sets Srijith apart is his consistent track record of exceeding expectations, consistently achieving 130 percent of budgets. He's also successfully managed the transition of a resort from the Leela brand to the prestigious St. Regis Brand of Marriott International, showcasing his ability to navigate complex rebranding challenges while maintaining operational excellence.

In her new role, she will lead the Services Division, overseeing housekeeping, laundry, guest services, and operational efficiency. Her focus will be on enhancing luxury standards, driving service innovation, and ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay.

With almost two decades of experience in hospitality communications and brand strategy, Gayatri brings a wealth of expertise in elevating brand reputation and driving stakeholder engagement.

Throughout her career, she has led strategic campaigns and luxury partnerships for some of India’s top hospitality brands. Notably, she directed the pre- and post-opening communications for The Leela Palace Udaipur and The Leela Palace New Delhi, and was part of the pre-opening team for J.W. Marriott New Delhi Aerocity. Her work also spans hotel launches in Southeast Asia and the brand integration of The Fern Hotels and Resorts with Marriott’s Series brand in India.
