Created to serve two guests, the Royal Kebab Platter features a carefully crafted assortment of signature dishes, including Chicken Malai Tikka, Achari Lamb Chops, Tandoori Prawns, Beef Shami Kebab, Saffron Basmati Rice, Greek Salad, Charred Onions and Tomatoes, along with ZAYA's signature Mint & Cilantro Tzatziki. The platter celebrates authentic grilling techniques, premium ingredients and bold regional flavours.
