Available at your nearest Nature's Basket or Reliance store, these French apples are set to redefine your taste buds. But that's not all—until November 19, 2023, indulge in a gastronomic adventure with INTERFEL and Thea's limited-time French Apple-inspired menu. From Avocado toast with apples to Stuffed Rigatoni and Core-stuffed Mirine Poached Apple with 70% chocolate, each dish is a unique fusion of taste and texture. The culinary journey extends to delightful apple-based cocktails and mocktails, completing the experience.
According to renowned nutritionist Suman Agarwal, these apples go beyond being fruits—they are nature's powerful gifts, offering a rich tapestry of essential nutrition, from digestive health-nurturing fiber to cell-shielding antioxidants.

Chef Juliano of Thea - The Epicurean ClubHouse expressed his excitement about this culinary adventure. Each apple variety, be it Gala, Granny Smith, or Golden Delicious, offers a unique experience. The sweet symphony of Gala, the boldness of Granny Smith, and the gentle embrace of sweetness and creaminess in Golden Delicious promise a harmonious flavor journey.

INTERFEL's entry into the Indian market showcases the commitment of French apple growers to sustainability. With nearly 100 varieties flourishing in French orchards, the Indian market will enjoy popular choices like Royal Gala, Granny Smith, Pink Lady®, and more.
French orchards, blessed with exceptional weather, are set to produce 1.5 million tonnes of apples, showcasing an 8% increase from the previous year. INTERFEL's dedication to sustainability extends beyond cultivation. For over 20 years, French apple growers have embraced eco-responsible production processes, focusing on healthy, flavorful, and high-quality fruits while preserving orchard biodiversity and maintaining economic equilibrium. Approximately 1,300 French apple growers, certified as "Eco-friendly orchards," are dedicated to cultivating French Apples that are not only rich in taste but also environmentally friendly and healthy.

To celebrate this collaboration and introduce French produce authenticity to India, INTERFEL partnered with Chef Juliano of Thea - The Epicurean ClubHouse. The Mumbai event on November 8, 2023, showcased a delightful 5-course menu inspired by the exquisite flavors of French apples, exemplifying the fusion of French agricultural excellence with culinary mastery.
