As Director of Operations, Dushyant will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, oversee staff development, and foster a dynamic work environment at the esteemed JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa.

Having previously served as the Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage at the property, Dushyant has demonstrated exceptional leadership and made significant contributions to its success. His extensive career with Marriott International includes roles at renowned properties such as the Batam Marriott Hotel, Indonesia, Doha Marriott Hotel, Qatar, JW Marriott Hotel Dubai, JW Marriott Hotel South Beach Singapore, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Qatar.

Dushyant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the esteemed Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Goa. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is passionate about sports, particularly cricket and basketball, and cherishes quality time with his family.
