Puneet Gulati, a U.S.-based entrepreneur, has taken a leap into the hospitality industry with the launch of Volume UP, a new multi-cuisine restaurant located in Noida’s Sector 104. Known for his achievements in the staffing industry, Gulati is now combining his love for food and music to create a lively dining destination that promises more than just great cuisine.

Volume UP offers an entertainment-driven atmosphere with live music, open mic nights, and karaoke events, making it a hotspot for those looking to combine a meal with fun and relaxation. Gulati, a self-proclaimed music lover, shared his inspiration for the concept: “I’m a music enthusiast, and ‘Volume UP’ represents the energy we want to bring to the dining experience. Just like turning up the volume enhances music, we want our guests to amplify their time with us—whether it’s enjoying a meal or participating in one of our events.”

The shift from staffing to hospitality was not without its hurdles, but Gulati's background in recruitment helped him build a competent management and operations team. He emphasized the importance of having the right people in place to navigate the complexities of running a restaurant, and he credits his team with making the launch a success.

Volume UP is setting itself apart by offering fusion cuisine that mixes global flavors with local ingredients, creating a unique taste profile that caters to the modern diner. The restaurant also incorporates interactive digital menus and smart kitchen technology, aiming to enhance the overall customer experience. The combination of these technological features, vibrant decor, and personalized service aims to make Volume UP a memorable spot for customers.

According to Gulati, "India's diverse and vibrant food culture combined with the growing dining-out trend presents a huge opportunity for innovative restaurant concepts like Volume UP." Looking forward, Gulati has ambitious plans for Volume UP. He envisions expanding to 5-7 locations across the region within the next five years.
