Discover tranquility at Sukoon, Mumbai's newest vegetarian haven nestled in the heart of Bandra. Created by gastronomy maestro Suren Joshi, Sukoon is more than just a dining spot—it's a retreat where simplicity meets the sublime. The garden dining space offers a range of vegetarian, vegan, and satvik delights amidst lush greenery, providing an oasis of serenity in the bustling urban landscape.
Sukoon's menu, presented in elegant Kansa and copper crockery, weaves an epicurean symphony. From soulful breakfast options like Sourdough Toast and Ragi Dosa to sumptuous mains like Wild Mushroom Congee and Bharwan Karela, each dish is a celebration of flavor and tradition. Appetizers such as Rassam with in-house spinach pasta and Cassava Fries with kimchi mayo tantalize the taste buds, while desserts like Jigarthanda Falooda and Miso & Buckwheat pancakes offer a sweet conclusion.
Chef Tanvi Shah, guided by Chef Richard D’souza, invites you on a culinary journey back to the good old days, with organic ingredients and dips fermented for a month. Beyond gastronomy, Sukoon opens its doors at 6:00 am, welcoming early risers for yoga and meditation sessions in the serene garden. Soft music from Raj Kapoor movies sets a nostalgic soundtrack, enhancing the peaceful ambiance.
Sukoon is a timeless sanctuary, where every breath is savored and hours linger. Founder Suren Joshi envisions it as a retreat from modernity, where wholesome food intertwines with the tranquility of a vegetarian garden. As a unique offering, Sukoon encourages guests to fully immerse themselves by offering a 15% discount for tables with no phone usage—an invitation to disconnect and embrace the serenity that Sukoon encapsulates.
